JOINTS Sealed: Gutter compression joints will invariably fail and leak at some point in their life, there are no long term solutions to seal leaking joints due to the initial build specification and the inability to remove and replace. However we can offer various options of temporary or permanent solutions, we are happy to offer our expertise and advise upon this, please call for further information. |

Gutter Cleaning
We can offer annual gutter cleaning contracts or one off cleans to any property within the UK. During these cleans we take photographs of before, during and completion of works, we then send these to you via email, with a report if required, we also comment on the overall roof condition and of any remedial works. |

liner Installation
Our solution to corroded gutters is to install a purpose made profiled liner with heat welded seams, we only install liners which we believe are the market leaders and come with a 20 year guarantee on the product, heat welded seams last longer than traditional glued seams in our experience and problems occur when these seams fail, hence the use of heat welded seams. These liners are easier to install than a formed metal galvanized gutter, negating on the removal on any roof sheets or mouldings, they are installed over the original gutter and in less time than metal gutters. |

Rooflight Replacement
GCS UK Ltd offers a rooflight replacement service, we can remove & install new perspex or GRP rooflights to your roofs. Generally, as perspex rooflights age, they become bleached by sunlight, so in most cases harder to see, of course this then becomes another hazard and a health & safety issue, perspex rooflights also distort with heat & crack / split with frost, we replace mostly these days with GRP (glass reinforced plastic) as these are far more durable in the long term. |

Asbestos Roofing
The word Asbestos !! will have alarm bells ringing for most people, in truth' any such roofs installed since the mid 1980s do not carry any asbestos content, profiled sheets of this type produced since then are manufactured from fibre cement. Indeed a well installed asbestos / (fibre cement) roof will cause less maintenance issues than its modern equivelant in metal.
